"I've tried various forms of meditation before, that I either didn't fully understand or were difficult. After trying this simple and easy practice of conscious breathing + meditation, along with the self healing, I've had a profound experience. My approach to life has transformed, as I continue on my journey of spiritual awakening. My old habits of compulsive thinking have faded, and in aligning my body, mind, + soul, in one year I've naturally lost 60lbs."
“I will do whatever I can to help people. My satisfaction comes from seeing the joy in people’s faces when they have released all their addictions, depression, and other blockages and issues that have prevented them from living a full life."
Jenny Morgan learned these techniques from Nathan Zafran in early 2016. After practicing them daily she has experienced healing of body, mind, + soul.
Jenny and Nathan have since developed a passion to share these techniques with others volunteering their time and donated the resources in putting together + developing this website for anyone with an interest, open heart, and mind, to try it for themselves. Under the approach of "Paying it Forward", all that is asked is anyone who also benefits after trying these techniques, to share and teach others or pass along this website where others can access the information and try it for themselves.
